Information for posting bug reports
When something unexpected happens while you are using the site, we call it a "bug". While every effort has been made to remove bugs from the system, it is likely that previously unidentified problems will be encountered as people start to use the system. We would like to know about these bugs so we can fix them.

If you encounter a bug, please report the following information:

• What page you were on when you encountered the problem. (Hint: Please copy the URL from the address bar and paste it into your bug report).
  
• What time did you encounter the problem?
  
• What were you doing when you encountered the bug? Please be as specific as possible. For example, if you had just clicked a button, can you please tell us which button you clicked.
  
• What happened? If you saw an error message, please copy the error message into your report. Otherwise, please describe what problem you encountered.
  
• Which web browser and operating system do you use? Please be as specific as possible and include version numbers if possible. For example, Firefox 3.5.9 and Windows XP Service Pack 3.

Information for feedback and suggestions
We welcome all your feedback and suggestions. We will do our best to accommodate all feedback and suggestions, but may have to defer adding new features to the site until a later date. When making suggestions, please be as objective as possible to ensure we can act on your suggestions.
